Lesson 5 - The Credit Reporting Agencies 

Provides a close look at Experian, Trans Union and Equifax, the agencies that determine a person’s credit score and, therefore, their credit future.

Why three credit reporting agencies? Don’t they do the same thing? Well, yes and, as this lesson explains, no. They each provide a person’s credit score but their respective credit scores can differ. And the supporting data for each is somewhat different than the other two. Sounds confusing but to a trained, professional credit manager it isn’t.
