Authorization - By signing below, I am applying for HFS Bill Payer service; acknowledging receipt of the HFS Bill Payer Disclosure Agreement available online at the credit union's web site to which I agree to be bound; and I am certifying that all the information provided is accurate. By signing this enrollment form, I am voluntarily contracting with the HFS Bill Payer service to act as my agent, to include electronic remittance and origination provisions to any merchant I add to my HFS Bill Payer Account.

Merchant Enrollment
Once you are enrolled in HFS Bill Payer, you may add merchants, schedule all bill payment amounts either variable (different amount) or recurring (same amount), and processing dates through HFS Bill Payer either on line at creightonfederal.org, or by phone at 1-866-395-5340 toll free. You must allow at least 3 business days for payment processing.
